一、严禁散布、传授违背党和国家方针政策及影响学生健康成长的言论。二、严禁讽刺、挖苦、歧视、侮辱、体罚和变相体罚学生,或以各种借口将学生撵出课堂,强迫学生休学、转学、退学。三、严禁在职教师组织和参与有偿家教,或通过介绍、暗示、诱导学生,为社会培训机构、退休教师提供有偿家教生源并从中获利。
First, it is strictly forbidden to disperse and impart the teaching of violating the principles and policies of the party and state and affecting students’ healthy growth. Second, it is strictly forbidden to satirize, sarcastic, discriminate, insult, corporal punishment and disguise corporal punishment of students, or to excuse students from classrooms under various pretexts to force students to drop out of school, transfer to school or drop out of school. Third, serving teachers are strictly forbidden to organize and participate in paid tutoring, or to introduce and imply that students should be induced to provide and benefit from paid tutor sources for social training institutions and retired teachers.
