目的 :探讨改变在体犬右心负荷对其电生理参数的影响。方法 :改变右房 ,右室负荷 ,测定右房 ,右室舒张期阈值 (ADT ,VDT) ;右房 ,右室相对不应期 (ARRP ,VRRP)和右房 ,右室有效不应期 (AERP ,VERP)。结果 :分级 (A级和B级 ) ,机械性地部分阻断右房至右室的血流 ,右房峰值压力 (PRAP)升高 (P <0 0 1)和右室峰值压力 (PRVP)降低 (P <0 0 1)使ARRP ,AERP和VRRP延长 (B级 ,P <0 0 1) ;但未发现ADT ,VDT有明显变化 ,亦未出现房性和室性心律失常。结论 :机械性地部分阻断右房至右室的血流 (改变右心负荷 )可延长心房和心室不应期
Objective: To explore the effect of changing the right heart load on electrophysiological parameters of canines. Methods: The changes of right atrium and right ventricular load were measured. The right atrium, right ventricular diastolic threshold (ADT, VDT), right atrium, right ventricular relative refractory period (ARRP, VRRP) and right atrial effective refractory period AERP, VERP). RESULTS: Grading (Grade A and B) partially blocked the right atrial to right ventricular blood flow mechanically, with increased right atrium peak pressure (PRAP) (P <0.01) and right ventricular peak pressure (PRVP) Reduced (P <0.01) prolonged ARRP, AERP, and VRRP (Grade B, P <0.01); however, no significant changes in ADT, VDT, and absence of atrial and ventricular arrhythmias were observed. CONCLUSIONS: Mechanically partially blocking the right atrium to right ventricular blood flow (changing right ventricular load) prolongs atrial and ventricular refractory periods
