湖北省公路养护和建设资金分三级切块管理。即:省管国道,地区管省委托的省干,县管县乡道路。但我认为在县管部份有弊病。以我们地区为例,我们是个小地区,所辖三市、四县,总面积不到12000km~2,人口500多万。但公路四通八达,距武汉较近。全区通车里程约5400km,其中列养里程只1800km,砂石路却占2/3。公路密度为0.47km/km~2,按人口平均为0.09km/万人。
Hubei highway maintenance and construction funds divided into three levels of management. Namely: save the national highway, the provincial administrative commissioned by the provinces and counties, county county road. However, I think there is some malpractice in the county administration. Taking our region as an example, we are a small region under the jurisdiction of three cities and four counties with a total area of less than 12,000 km ~ 2 and a population of over 5 million. But the road extends in all directions, close to Wuhan. The mileage of the whole area is about 5400km, of which the mileage is only 1800km and the gravel road accounts for 2/3. The road density is 0.47km / km ~ 2, averaging 0.09km / person by population.
