我覺得“科學通報”應該提倡兩件事情,這樣也可能爲“科學通報”增加一些新的內容。一、蘇聯的科學(指自然科學)不但在觀點上和資本主義國家不同,就是在技術方法上也是有很多差別的。但是我國科學工作者還少有指出這個不同和差別,進而提倡先進的,批判落後的。指出這些不同和差別,不只可以提高科學,而且可以提高我們科學工作者的思想水平。現在大學裏所用的教材都從原來資本主義國家的改用蘇聯的了。使用新教材的都說比資本主義國家的
I think the Scientific Bulletin should promote two things. This may also add some new content to the Scientific Bulletin. First, the science of the Soviet Union (referring to the natural sciences) differs not only from the capitalist countries in point of view but from the technical methods. However, few and far between the scientific workers in our country have pointed out this difference and difference, thus promoting advanced and critically backward.
