山西省出版工作者协会经过三个多月的筹备,于1987年3月24日至25日在太原召开了第一次会员代表大会宣告成立。本刊编辑部做为团体会员也派代表出席了会议。会议期间,全体代表听取了山西省出版工作者协会筹备组《关于山西省出版工作者协会的筹备工作报告》,讨论并通过了《山西省出版工作者协会章程》,选举产生了山西省出版工作者协会第一届理事会,并对协会今后的工作进行了热烈的讨论,提出了许多宝贵的意见和建议。省委常委、宣传部部长张维庆到会指导,并发表了热情洋溢的讲话。
After more than three months’ preparations, Shanxi Association of Publishing Workers announced the establishment of the first member congress in Taiyuan from March 24 to 25, 1987. Our editorial department as a group member also sent representatives attended the meeting. During the meeting, all the delegates listened to the “Report on Preparation Work of Shanxi Publishers Association” prepared by the Association of Publishing Workers of Shanxi Province, discussed and approved the Articles of Association of Shanxi Publishers Association, and elected Shanxi Publishing Work Association of the first council, and the association’s future work conducted a lively discussion, put forward many valuable opinions and suggestions. Zhang Weiqing, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Propaganda Department, attended the meeting and gave a warm speech.
