在鼓励全民健身的今天,瑜伽以其绝对优势已经在逐渐走进大学课堂,或作为选修课或作为必修课,即使是这样,其教学方法的手段并没有引起充分重视。“三段式教学法”是根据瑜伽运动特点以及健身理念提出的一种瑜伽教学方法,健身也就讲究方法的,掌握正确的方法可以使健身效果事半功倍。为此,本文在阐述高校开设瑜伽课程的重要意义的基础上,对三段式教学法在瑜伽课程教学中的应用展开分析,旨在不断完善瑜伽健身的各个环节,真正使学生受益,保障瑜伽课程在高校顺利开展。
Today, with its absolute superiority, yoga has gradually entered the university classrooms as an elective or compulsory course. Even so, its methods of teaching have not given due attention. “Three-section teaching method ” is based on the characteristics of yoga and fitness concepts put forward a yoga teaching method, fitness also pay attention to methods, master the correct method can make the fitness effect with less effort. Therefore, based on the significance of setting up yoga courses in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the application of the three-section teaching method in the teaching of yoga courses with the purpose of continuously improving various aspects of yoga fitness and truly benefiting the students and ensuring yoga Courses successfully run in colleges and universities.
