The article expounds the necessity of establishing the personnel appraisal system of the library. It points out that due to the lack of a feasible personnel appraisal system, it has affected the recruitment of staff and remuneration system in the library, analyzed the contents of the appraisal of the library staff and the problems that should be emphasized in the appraisal. And put forward the types of library personnel evaluation index.
