随着人类社会的不断发展,城市规模的不断扩大,城市的用水量和排水量都在不断增加,加剧了用水的紧张和水质的污染,环境问题日益突出,由此造成的水危机已经成为社会经济发展的重要制约因素。为了加快城市污水治理,适应城市经济和各项社会事业快速发展,保护城市居住环境和生活质量,须制定污水管道系统工程规划。城市污水系统规划水量规模十分重要,本文探讨城市污水系统专项规划过程中预测水量规模的依据及需注意的问题。
With the continuous development of human society and the continuous expansion of urban area, the urban water consumption and displacement are constantly increasing, exacerbating the water shortage and water quality pollution. The scale of urban sewage system planning is very important.
