目的调查辽宁省一般人群血和尿中钴、钼水平,分析其分布特点。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,于2009—2010年在辽宁省东、中、西部三个地区抽取2105名对象进行问卷调查,并采集血液和尿液样品。采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对血样和尿样进行钴、钼含量的检测,通过统计分析研究一般人群血液中钴、钼的分布水平。结果辽宁省一般人群血中钴、钼几何均数为0.153μg/L和0.38μg/L,尿中为0.516μg/L和23.88μg/L;在不同年龄和区域特征中差异均有统计学意义。结论辽宁省一般人群血和尿中钴、钼水平在不同年龄和区域特征中均存在差异。
Objective To investigate the levels of cobalt and molybdenum in blood and urine of the general population in Liaoning Province and analyze its distribution characteristics. Methods A total of 2105 subjects from three regions of eastern, central and western Liaoning Province from 2009 to 2010 were selected for questionnaire survey by using multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method. Blood and urine samples were collected. Cobalt and molybdenum contents of blood samples and urine samples were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The distribution of cobalt and molybdenum in blood of general population was studied by statistical analysis. Results The average geometric mean of cobalt and molybdenum in blood was 0.153μg / L and 0.38μg / L in the general population of Liaoning Province, and 0.516μg / L and 23.88μg / L in urine respectively. The differences were statistically significant in different age and regional characteristics . Conclusion The levels of cobalt and molybdenum in blood and urine of the general population in Liaoning Province are different in different age and regional characteristics.
