目的评价米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止8～10周妊娠的效果。方法妊娠8～10周要求终止妊娠者108例口服米非司酮总量200mg,第1、2天均为早10时服50mg,下午4时服50mg,第3天早8时服米索前列醇0.6mg阴道后穹隆放药,观察6h若无腹痛或腹痛轻微,阴道流血少,妊娠物未见排出,即行清宫术。结果完全流产93例,流产率86.1%;不全流产9例,占8.4%;失败6例,占5.5%。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇是终止8~10周妊娠较为理想和有应用前景的流产方法 。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of mifepristone with misoprostol in terminating pregnancies of 8 to 10 weeks. Methods The total amount of oral administration of mifepristone in 108 patients who required termination of pregnancy during 8-10 weeks of gestation was 200 mg. The first and second days were 50 mg as early as 10 o’clock and 50 mg as early as 4 o’clock in the afternoon. 0.6mg vaginal vaginal fornix drug, observation 6h if no abdominal pain or abdominal pain minor vaginal bleeding less, no discharge of pregnancy, that is, curettage. The results of 93 cases of complete abortion, abortion rate of 86.1%; incomplete abortion in 9 cases, accounting for 8.4%; failure in 6 cases, accounting for 5.5%. Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol is the termination of 8 to 10 weeks of pregnancy is more ideal and promising application of abortion methods.
