一、当前经济问题的症结是需求约束 当前,我国经济处于改革密集度最高、力度最大的时期,经济问题也充分暴露,其中最主要的问题有四个,即:国有经济问题、发展速度问题、社会就业问题及经济安全问题。产生这些问题的内在原因是需求约束,或者说由于社会的有效需求不足,导致企业再生产障碍,经济发展减速,失业率上升,经济上不安定的因素迅速聚集和膨胀。
