目的:观察无比山药丸对去卵巢大鼠腰椎BMD和股骨生物力学性能的影响,以探讨该药对骨质疏松症的治疗作用。方法:将77只雌性大鼠分为6组:空白对照组、假手术组、模型组、雷洛昔芬组和无比山药丸高、低剂量组。在灌胃给药三个月后,取大鼠股骨进行三点弯曲实验,检测最大载荷,弹性模量,弯曲强度;取脊柱进行BMD检测。结果:模型组大鼠腰椎BMD和股骨生物力学特性各项指标均显著降低,而各给药组较模型组均出现不同程度地明显上升。结论:无比山药丸可提高去卵巢大鼠腰椎BMD,能够改善骨质疏松症大鼠股骨生物力学性能,对骨质疏松症具有一定的治疗作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Fructus Piyama on the biomechanical properties of lumbar spine BMD and femur in ovariectomized rats to investigate the therapeutic effect of this drug on osteoporosis. Methods: Totally 77 female rats were divided into 6 groups: blank control group, sham operation group, model group, raloxifene group and uncool group. Three months after intragastric administration, the rats were subjected to three-point bending test, and the maximal load, elastic modulus and flexural strength were measured. The spine was taken for BMD test. Results: The BMD of lumbar spine and the biomechanical characteristics of lumbar spine in the model group were all significantly reduced, while those in the model group were significantly higher than those in the model group. Conclusion: Fructus Pallas can improve lumbar spine BMD of ovariectomized rats, improve the femoral biomechanical properties of osteoporosis rats, and have a certain therapeutic effect on osteoporosis.
