目前多数轧钢厂生产的螺纹钢筋,表面均没有轧上标志。根据国标要求,在钢筋表面要轧上级别、厂标、规格等三项标志。这统称为螺纹钢筋新外型。 实现螺纹钢筋新外型的基本方法是:把螺纹钢表面的连续筋节,截取其中一段,每隔一个去掉一节,即空出四节就可把钢筋的级别、厂标、规格等刻在两相邻筋的空处。其中规格占两节,这是因为在一个空处摆不下两个数字,故刻于相邻节的空内(见图1)。
