太原重型机器厂生产的TZ牌21辊板材矫正机,经国家质量奖审定委员会批准荣获银质奖章。国家经济委员会于一九八八年元月给该厂颁发了奖章和证书。 21辊板材矫正机用于冶金、机械、航空及其它工业企业,将冷轧或热轧的钢板(带)和有色金属板(带),经过矫正达到板面平整、表面光洁。该设备结构紧凑、造型美观、精度高、调整灵活、操作安全、维修方便、工作辊使用寿命长。该机可单独使用,也可配套用于轧线上连续生产。设备中主要件(工作辊)采用了自行研制的调质钢,采用了表面淬火和镀铬工艺,保证了良好的机械性能和较高的表面硬度;轴承座采用座标镗床加工,工艺先进。该设备于1979年获山西省优质产品证书,1982年获机械部优质产品证书。
