成体间充质干细胞已广泛应用于再生医学研究中。由于直接获取骨髓间充质干细胞有一定困难,人们便试图寻找其他组织来源的间充质干细胞,以替代骨髓间充质干细胞。本研究中,间充质干细胞取材于同一牙齿的牙髓和牙囊组织,并探讨这两种细胞在表型特征、分化潜能和免疫调节方面的不同。结果显示,这两种细胞都表现出相同的克隆形成能力,并表达典型的、程度不等的间充质干细胞标记物。与牙髓间充质干细胞(DP-MSCs)相比,牙囊间充质干细胞(DF-MSCs)增殖较快、胞径大、成脂能力强,但成软骨、成骨能力较弱。
Adult mesenchymal stem cells have been widely used in regenerative medicine research. Because of the difficulty in obtaining bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells directly, people are trying to find other tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells instead of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. In this study, mesenchymal stem cells were harvested from the dental pulp and the dental follicles in the same tooth and examined the differences in phenotypic characteristics, differentiation potential, and immunoregulation between the two cells. The results showed that both cells showed the same ability to clone and express typical, varying degrees of mesenchymal stem cell markers. Compared with DP-MSCs, DF-MSCs proliferated rapidly with large cell diameter and adipogenic ability. However, DF-MSCs were more likely to form cartilage and had weaker osteogenic ability.
