①目的 观察大鼠肢体缺血再灌注 (LIR)后心肌的损伤变化。②方法 将实验大鼠随机分为 7组 ,即对照组 (control)、缺血组 (I)、缺血再灌注 0 .5小时组 (R0 .5)、2小时组 (R2 )、4小时组 (R4 )、6小时组 (R6 )、1 0小时组 (R1 0 )。分别测定血浆及心肌组织中丙二醛 (MDA)浓度和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)水平 ,并测定心肌组织髓过氧化物酶 (MPO)和血浆乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)活性。③结果 与对照组比较 ,MDA、LDH、MPO检测量在R0 .5、R2 、R4 组依次增加 ,在R6 、R1 0 两组依次减少 ;SOD活性在R0 .5、R2 、R4 组依次下降 ,在R6 组有所恢复 ,至R1 0 组又有所下降。④结论 大鼠肢体缺血再灌注 (IR)后继发心肌损伤 ,可能与氧化应激有关。
Objective To observe the changes of myocardial injury after limb ischemia-reperfusion (LIR) in rats. Methods The experimental rats were randomly divided into 7 groups: control group, ischemia group (I), ischemia-reperfusion 0.5-hour group (R0.5), 2-hour group Group (R4), 6 hours (R6), 10 hours (R1 0). The concentration of plasma MDA and the level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in plasma and myocardium were measured respectively. The activities of MPO and LDH in myocardium were measured. Results Compared with the control group, the detection rates of MDA, LDH and MPO increased in the order of R0.5, R2 and R4, decreased in R6 and R1 0 groups, and decreased in R0.5, R2 and R4 groups, In the R6 group has been restored to the R1 0 group has declined. ④ Conclusion Myocardial injury following secondary limb ischemia-reperfusion (IR) may be related to oxidative stress.
