实验表明,六味地黄汤对正常小鼠除使其附睾明显增重外,对其它性器官及附性器官重量均无明显影响。对幼年去势大鼠附性器官重量也无明显影响。而能显著增加氢化可的松造型小鼠的性器官及附性器官重量。使鹌鹑、幼年大鼠及小鼠的精子数量大幅度增加。显著增加雄性鹌鹑的交配能力。明显降低大鼠肾上腺中Vc及胆固醇含量。
