磨削加工是机械制造业中精加工的主要方法。但近年来磨削除在精密加工方面继续发展外,还在高效加工方面有很大发展,表现为强力磨削,高速重负荷磨削等新技术的开发。而钢坯、铸件的磨削清理是重负荷磨削的主要应用。目前,从磨料磨具行业看,钢铁工业每年要消耗磨具产量的1/3,其中大部分用于钢坯磨削清理。另外,钢坯磨削机床也已成为专用磨床的一个重要品种。因此,即使从机械行业看钢坯磨削也是一个极应重视的新领域。而且,该领域的研究与技术发展也可应用于机械制造厂的铸件清理。
Grinding is the main method of finishing in the machinery manufacturing industry. However, in recent years, grinding continues to develop in terms of precision machining. In addition, it has also made great progress in efficient processing, showing the development of new technologies such as intensive grinding and high-speed heavy-duty grinding. The billet, casting grinding is the main application of heavy-duty grinding. At present, from the abrasive abrasive industry, the steel industry consumes one-third of the abrasive output each year, most of which is used for billet grinding and cleaning. In addition, the billet grinding machine has also become an important variety of special grinder. Therefore, even billet grinding from the machinery industry is a new area that deserves great attention. Moreover, research and technological developments in this field can also be applied to the casting of mechanical foundries.
