在简洁分析运动的基础上,提出了不转线的概念,并证明了在任何情况下不转线与轧辊轧件间接触线的不一致性。鉴于辊间干涉条件,采用一个更有利的倾角φ值,可提高轧件的前进速度。
On the basis of concise analysis of the movement, the concept of no turn line is proposed and the inconsistency of the line of contact between the non-turn line and the rolled piece under any conditions is demonstrated. In view of the inter-roll interference conditions, a more favorable angle of inclination φ is used to increase the advance speed of the rolling stock.
