在社会不断发展进步,时代快速发展的情况下,基层事业单位人事档案管理工作逐渐受到关注和重视,因此,了解基层事业单位人事档案管理的现状,积极创新管理模式,成为基层事业单位进一步发展过程中急需解决的问题之一。本文通过简要分析基层事业单位人事档案管理工作中存在的问题,指出合理的创新对策,以期能够提高基层事业单位人事档案管理工作的水平,促进基层事业单位的可持续发展。
With the continuous development of society and the rapid development of the times, the management of personnel files in grass-roots public institutions has drawn increasing attention and attention. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the status quo of personnel files in basic-level public institutions and to actively innovate the management mode to become a further development of grass-roots public institutions In urgent need of solution to the problem. By briefly analyzing the existing problems in the management of personnel files in grass-roots public institutions, this paper points out reasonable countermeasures for innovation so as to improve the personnel file management level in grass-roots public institutions and promote the sustainable development of grass-roots public institutions.
