新时期企业文化与思政工作之间的关系问题分析

企业文化是企业赖以生存的根本,而企业思政工作则是企业发展的指路明灯,因此,对这二者的深入研究工作应当要引起我们足够的重视。本文首先对企业文化的基本概念做了系统的论述分析,详细阐述了企业文化所包含的基本内容和特点。而后又深入分析了企业文化与思政工作之间的关系所在。最后,基于企业文化角度,笔者谈了企业文化与思政工作的融合性和推进性。

Corporate culture is the basis for the survival of an enterprise, and corporate ideological and political work is the beacon for the development of enterprises. Therefore, we should pay enough attention to the further research work on both. This article first systematically discusses and analyzes the basic concepts of corporate culture, elaborates the basic content and characteristics of corporate culture. Then it deeply analyzes the relationship between corporate culture and ideological and political work. Finally, based on the perspective of corporate culture, I talk about the integration and promotion of corporate culture and ideological and political work.
