本文作者根据“十一五”期间昆明市千万亩测土配方施肥项目的实施情况,阐述了项目取得的成效,包括促进了农业增效农民增收、普及了科学施肥知识、转变了农民施肥观念、提升了土肥队伍的综合服务能力等,分析了项目发展中存在的问题,提出了进一步推广测土配方施肥、加大投入和政策扶持力度、加强土肥队伍建设和专业培训、加强技术深化研究工作等建议。
