目的对嘉兴市2001～2008年实施结核病控制项目管理效果评价。方法通过卫生行政部门干预,签定各医疗单位领导工作目标责任;落实结核病归口诊治单位初诊病人登记率,查痰率,痰菌检出率,规则治疗率,院内转诊率;非诊治单位疑似病人转诊指标数完成率,转诊到位率;乡镇卫生院、社区责任医生对病人全程督导管理率,控制病人失访率,业务知识培训到村和社区覆盖率。结果全市结核病新登涂阳病人发现率从2001年的12.83/10万上升到2008年的30.40/10万;新发涂阳病人治愈率从76.5%上升到85.82%。结论嘉兴市结核病控制项目管理效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the effect of tuberculosis control project management in Jiaxing from 2001 to 2008. Methods Through the intervention of the health administrative department, the leaders of all medical units should be signed the responsibility of leading the work; the registration rate, sputum sampling rate, sputum bacterium detection rate, regular treatment rate and hospital referral rate of the newly diagnosed tuberculosis focal treatment unit should be implemented; The completion rate of referral number of patients, the referral rate; township hospitals, community responsibility physicians supervision of patients throughout the management rate, control the patient lost rate, business knowledge training to the village and community coverage. Results The detection rate of newly-smeared tuberculosis patients increased from 12.83 / 100,000 in 2001 to 30.40 / 100,000 in 2008. The cure rate of new smear-positive patients increased from 76.5% to 85.82%. Conclusion The control effect of tuberculosis control project in Jiaxing City is remarkable.
