天津市疾病预防控制中心于2000年12月成立公共卫生突发事件应急处理办公室,挂靠在传染病控制部,负责突发公共卫生事件应急处理的组织协调工作。2005年2月,天津市疾控中心单独设置突发公共卫生事件应急处理办公室(以下简称应急办)。同年12月,正式固定编制4人,负责突发公共卫生事件应急管理工作。经过几年的不断探索,逐步形成了一套完整的应急管理模式,并在实践中不断改进和完善,取得了良好效果。
Tianjin Center for Disease Control and Prevention set up an emergency response office for public health emergencies in December 2000 and is affiliated to the Infectious Disease Control Department. It is responsible for the organization and coordination of emergency response to public health emergencies. February 2005, Tianjin CDC set up a separate emergency public health emergencies office (hereinafter referred to as emergency office). In December the same year, four people were formally established in charge of emergency management of public health emergencies. After several years of constant exploration, a complete set of emergency management mode has been gradually formed, which has been continuously improved and perfected in practice with good results.
