随着新疆推进跨越式发展和长治久安战略部署,新疆各族人民正大步迈向这一目标。然而实现全面跨越式发展必须要有稳定的社会文化环境,公安机关作为维护稳定保卫国家、人民财产安全的执法机关肩负着重要的责任。本文结合新疆实际认为重视在职民警培训、完善培训体系建设、加强国际间交流合作是新疆跨越式发展对公安机关建设的要求,也是公安机关在新形势下应对新挑战、提高战斗力的需要。

However, to achieve an all-round leapfrog development, we must have a stable social and cultural environment. As the law enforcement agencies that safeguard and safeguard the security of the country and people’s property, the public security organs shoulder an important responsibility. Based on the actual situation in Xinjiang, it is considered that paying attention to the training of civilian police on-the-job, improving the training system and strengthening international exchange and cooperation are the requirements for the construction of public security organs by leaps and bounds in Xinjiang and the need of public security organs to deal with the new challenges and enhance the combat effectiveness under the new situation.
