如何培育和践行社会主义核心价值是一个很关键性的问题,然而科学的认识才是培育和践行的前提。所以,对社会主义核心价值作出科学的认识,必须从提出的时代背景和自身内涵及当代意义上去解读,社会主义核心价值观提出的时代背景有三个方面。要对社会主义核心价值观作出科学的认识,必须从国家、社会、个人三个层面上去解读,因为这三个层面构成的价值体系,有着严密的逻辑关系,集中体现了中国特色社会主义的现实实境和时代要求。
How to nurture and practice the core values of socialism is a crucial issue. However, scientific understanding is the prerequisite for nurturing and practicing. Therefore, to make a scientific understanding of the core values of socialism, we must interpret it from the background of the times and its own connotation and contemporary significance. The background of the times put forward by the core values of socialism has three aspects.
