目的 :探讨应用纤维支气管镜 (纤支镜 )介入微波并局部注药治疗晚期中央型肺癌疗效。方法 :将 42例晚期中央型肺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ;治疗组 2 2例采用纤支镜介入微波并局部注药 ,对照组 2 0例只进行局部注药。结果 :2 2例治疗组平均药物注射 3 .3次 ,微波平均治疗 3 .5次 ,症状改善率 90 .9% ,KPS评分提高者 95 .5 % ,纤支镜下病灶好转率 81 .8% ,胸部CT及X线改变示肺不张或阻塞性肺炎好转率 77.2 % ,与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :该疗法效果明显优于单纯局部药物注射组 ,能缓解晚期中央型肺癌患者的呼吸困难 ,解除阻塞 ,明显提高患者的生活质量
Objective: To investigate the application of fiberoptic bronchoscopy (bronchoscopy) interventional microwave and local injection of drugs for the treatment of advanced central lung cancer. Methods: Forty-two patients with advanced type of central lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Twenty-two patients in the treatment group received intra-arterial microwave irradiation with fiberoptic bronchoscopy, and 20 patients in the control group received local injection only. Results: In the two groups, the average drug injection time was 3.3 times, the average time of microwave treatment was 3.5 times, the symptom improvement rate was 90.9%, the KPS score was increased by 95.5%, and the improvement rate of fibrobronchial lesions was 81.8 %, Chest CT and X-ray showed pulmonary atelectasis or obstructive pneumonia improvement rate of 77.2%, compared with the control group was significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion: The effect of this therapy is better than that of the local drug injection group, which can relieve the difficulty of breathing, relieve the obstruction and improve the quality of life of patients with advanced central lung cancer
