目的探讨喷粉洁牙对诊室空气质量的影响。方法采用自然沉降法及粉尘测定法,对喷粉洁牙室的空气连续采样,观察菌落数及粉尘浓度。结果上午8:00通过开窗通风及空气消毒后细菌总数的均值为265.3±90.3cfu/m3;粉尘浓度为0.45±0.03 mg/m3,符合2002年版《消毒技术规范》的要求。在喷粉治疗过程中细菌数的均值为411.8±175.66 cfu/m3~1 128.5±96.8 cfu/m3;粉尘浓度为1.51±0.11 mg/m3~3.94±0.35 mg/m3,细菌、粉尘浓度具有相似变化趋势,对诊室空气造成了严重污染。结论喷粉洁牙时产生高速喷沙和唾液混合流对口腔诊室的空气造成严重污染,建议设立单间喷粉洁牙诊室;医护人员进行此项操作时应做好个人的标准防护;采用动态空气消毒措施,保证动态情况下的空气质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of dusting cleaning on the air quality in the clinic. Methods Natural sedimentation method and dust determination method were used to continuously sample the air in dusting dental cleaning chamber and observe the number of colonies and dust concentration. Results The average number of bacteria after opening window ventilation and air disinfection at 8:00 am was 265.3 ± 90.3cfu / m3 and the dust concentration was 0.45 ± 0.03 mg / m3, which met the requirements of the 2002 edition of “Disinfection Technical Specifications”. The average number of bacteria in the powder dough treatment ranged from 411.8 ± 175.66 cfu / m3 to 1 128.5 ± 96.8 cfu / m3, and the dust concentration ranged from 1.51 ± 0.11 mg / m3 to 3.94 ± 0.35 mg / m3. Bacteria and dust concentrations had similar changes Trend, causing serious pollution of the air in the clinic. Conclusions The high speed sandblasting and saliva mixed flow caused by spray dusting can cause serious pollution to the air in the oral clinic. It is suggested to set up a single room dusting and tooth cleaning clinic. The medical staff should make personal standard protection when doing this operation. Disinfection measures to ensure the dynamic air quality.
