目的 研究固齿煎剂对牙周炎患者龈沟液中SOD水平及牙周破坏指数的影响。方法 用RIA检测成人牙周炎 (AP) 2 5例 4 7个牙牙周治疗前后、固齿煎剂治疗后 6个月及 1年患者龈沟液中SOD含量的变化并记录其牙周破坏指数PD、AL。结果 AP患者PD、AL高于正常 (P <0 .0 1) ,SOD含量低于对照组(P <0 .0 1) ;牙周治疗后 ,患者PD、AL下降 (P <0 .0 5) ,SOD水平上升 (P <0 .0 5) ,但仍均高于正常(P <0 .0 5) ;固齿煎剂治疗后 6个月及 1年 ,患者的PD、AL与牙周治疗后相近 (P >0 .0 5) ,而SOD含量却显著上升 (P <0 .0 1) ,与正常水平接近 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 固齿煎剂可以增强SOD活性 ,抑制机体组织的脂质过氧化 ,有利于牙周组织的防御能力 ,减少牙周上皮附着的丧失
Objective To study the effect of solid tooth decoction on SOD level and periodontal destruction index in gingival crevicular fluid of patients with periodontitis. METHODS: The changes of SOD content in gingival crevicular fluid from patients with periodontitis (AP) before and after 25 days of treatment with periodontal therapy, 6 months and 1 year after treatment with solid tooth decoction were detected by RIA and their periodontal lesions were recorded. Index PD, AL. Results PD and AL in AP patients were higher than normal (P <0. 01), SOD content was lower in the control group (P <0. 01). PD and AL were decreased in periodontal patients after treatment (P <0. ), SOD levels increased (P <0.05), but still higher than normal (P <0.05); PD, AL and periodontal of patients after 6 months and 1 year of solid tooth decoction treatment After treatment, they were similar (P > 0.05), but SOD levels increased significantly (P < 0.01), close to the normal level (P > 0.05). Conclusion The solid tooth decoction can enhance SOD activity, inhibit lipid peroxidation of the body tissue, facilitate the defense ability of the periodontal tissue, and reduce the loss of periodontal epithelial attachment.
