在做尸体解剖时,见到一例右侧双精索内静脉,其行经及汇入变异较大,有临床意义,现予以报道。 所见右精索内静脉为上、下两支(见图),其中下支行经与解剖学教科书上描述基本一致,只是并未注入下腔静脉,而是以直角注入右肾下静脉之下壁;其上支于右髂窝内,在右腹股沟管腹环上方7.57cm处,起始于右精索内静脉之右壁,于髂窝外侧上行,继而于右肾下半部前面外侧部上行,再经右肾上半之表面由外向内上行,于右肾门内上方与右肾上腺中静脉汇合后,向内下亦以直角注入右肾上静脉,注入处距下腔静脉右壁为0.4cm。右精索内静脉全长为41.93cm,由起始至右肾上腺中静脉汇合处长31.78cm,与右肾上腺中静脉汇合后至注入右
