通过X射线衍射分析、X射线光电子能谱分析,研究了两种比例(TiNi=5050,TiNi=6535)的钛镍金属粉末的球磨产物。发现球磨产物中绝大部分是非晶合金,将其中轻微的晶化归因于较高的环境温度和较长的球磨时间,将产物表面的氧化归因于球磨过程中对容器及搅棒的清理。研究了产物的吸放氢性能,发现产物易活化,并随着Ti含量的增加,吸氢量增大。在1个大气压以上,压力—组成—温度曲线中不存在平台区。
By milling X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis, the milling products of titanium-nickel metal powders with two ratios (TiNi = 5050, TiNi = 6535) were studied. It is found that most of the ball mill products are amorphous alloys, and the slight crystallization among them is attributed to the higher ambient temperature and longer ball milling time. The oxidation of the surface of the product is attributed to the cleaning of the container and paddles during ball milling . The hydrogen absorption and desorption properties of the product were studied, and the product was found to be easily activated. With the increase of Ti content, the hydrogen absorption capacity increased. Above 1 atmosphere, there is no platform zone in the pressure-composition-temperature curve.
