乙肝康复灵制剂中大黄素含量测定

采用薄层扫描法测定乙肝康复灵胶囊剂、冲剂中大黄素的含量，方法简便，可靠，平均回收率分别为９６．３３％、９６．１３％；相对标准偏差ＲＳＤ分别为１．２８％、１．１６％（ｎ＝５）。

The TLC method was used to determine the content of emodin in HB Ganxunling capsules and granules. The method was simple and reliable with the average recoveries of 96.33% and 96.13%, respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 1.28% 1.16% (n = 5).
