情感是人们对周围事物、对于自身以及对于自己活动的态度的体验。情感诱导就是施教者(如班主任)以这种态度和体验为主对被实施者(如学生)施以诱发引导,从而达到增强教育效果的一种教育方式方法。它是使教育内容转化为学生内在意识和外在行动的先导和中介,具有增强教育效果的功能。在班主任工作中,如何实施情感诱导,以最大限度发挥其教育功能呢?关键是一个“爱”字,即热爱学生。弗罗姆认为,爱不是一个人偶然幸运地体验并“陶醉”的一种纯粹的快感,而是一门艺术,一门需要知识和努力才能学会的艺术。它的基础是给予、关心、责任感、尊敬和了解。班主任的情感在这里主要
Emotions are the experience of people around things, about themselves and about their own activities. Emotional induction is a method of education which is used by teachers (such as teacher in charge) to give guidance to the implementers (such as students) based on this attitude and experience so as to enhance the effectiveness of education. It is to guide the education content into inner consciousness and external action of the pilot and intermediary, with the function of enhancing the effectiveness of education. In the class teacher’s work, how to implement the emotional induction, in order to maximize its educational function? The key is a “love” word, that is, love of students. From argues that love is not a pure pleasure of a person who is fortunate enough to experience and “intoxicated”, but an art, an art that requires knowledge and hard work to learn.
