采用数字减影血管造影术（ＤＳＡ）对７例肝硬化伴门脉高压患者行经颈静脉肝内门腔分流术（ＴＩＰＳＳ）获得成功。本文探讨了直接和间接门脉造影、肝静脉造影的方法和作用及应用不同的减影程序和角度投照方法是清晰显示靶血管解剖形态，获取定位图像的关键，并对各种门脉定位方法的价值进行了评价，认为间接门脉造影结合体外超声导引是门脉定位的最佳方法。
Seven patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension underwent transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPSS) using digital subtraction angiography (DSA). This article discusses the direct and indirect portal angiography, hepatic vein angiography methods and the role and application of different subtraction procedures and angle projection method is to clearly show the target vessel anatomy, access to the key to positioning images, and a variety of portal positioning The value of the method was evaluated and concluded that indirect portal angiography combined with in vitro ultrasound guidance is the best method of portal localization.
