目的:观察银杏叶提取物(Ginkgo biloba extract,GbE)对培养新生牛脑微血管内皮及平滑肌细胞粘附单 核细胞及中性粒细胞的影响。方法:用TNF-α、IL-6诱导传代的新生牛脑微血管内皮(CMEC)及平滑肌细胞, 粘附大鼠血单核细胞( MNC)及中性粒细胞(PMN),计算粘附率。结果: CMEC和 CMSMC经 TNF- α和 IL- 6处理 后,增加MNC,PMN粘附到内皮和平滑肌细胞表面达加入细胞总数的30~60%,(对照组小于20%),GbE可剂 量依赖性地抑制 TNF-α和 IL- 6的诱导作用。结论:GbE可抑制 CMEC,CMSMC和 PMN,MNC的粘附。
Objective: To observe the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract (GbE) on the adhesion of mononuclear cells and neutrophils to cultured neonatal bovine cerebral microvascular and smooth muscle cells. METHODS: Neonatal bovine cerebral microvascular endothelial (CMEC) and smooth muscle cells, adherent rat blood mononuclear cells (MNCs) and neutrophils (PMNs) were passaged with TNF-α and IL-6, and the adhesion rate was calculated. Results: After CMEC and CMSMC were treated with TNF-α and IL-6, MNC and PMN adhered to the surface of endothelium and smooth muscle cells to 30 to 60% of the total number of added cells (less than 20% in the control group). GbE was dose-dependent Inhibits the induction of TNF-α and IL-6. Conclusion: GbE can inhibit the adhesion of CMEC, CMSMC and PMN, MNC.
