目的 观察复方丹参注射液球后注射对视网膜缺血再灌注 (retinalischemiareper fusion ,RIR)损伤的防护作用。方法 应用前房灌注液体升高眼内压的方法建立大鼠RIR模型并随机分为防护组和对照组。防护组大鼠损伤前 30min球后注射复方丹参注射液 0 0 5ml,对照组球后注射生理盐水 0 0 5ml。两组均缺血 6 0min后分别在恢复灌注 30min、 2 4h和 72h进行视网膜电图(ERG)和视网膜光学显微镜组织学观察。结果 防护组ERG标准化b波振幅均高于对照组 (P<0 0 1 )。防护组组织病理损害与对照组相比明显较轻。结论 复方丹参注射液球后注射对RIR损伤有一定的防护作用
Objective To observe the protective effect of compound Danshen injection injection on retinal ischemia reperfusion (RIR) injury. Methods The rat RIR model was established by intraocular fluid injection and elevated intraocular pressure, and randomly divided into protective group and control group. The rats in the protective group were injected with compound Danshen injection 0 0 5ml 30min before injury and the control group were injected with 0 5ml normal saline. The electroretinogram (ERG) and histologic observation of the retina were performed at 60 min, 60 min, 24 h, and 72 h after ischemia in each group. Results The normalized b-wave amplitude of the ERG in the protective group was higher than that in the control group (P<0 01). The pathological lesions in the protective group were significantly lighter than those in the control group. Conclusion Compound Danshen Injection has a protective effect on RIR injury after balloon injection
