目的:探讨长期应用醋酸泼尼松对大鼠骨质和骨量的影响,观察芝麻油的干预作用。方法:32只SPF级♂SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组(NS)、醋酸泼尼松组(GC)、芝麻油组(GC+SO)、辛伐他汀组(GC+ST)。根据体质量给药,88d后心脏抽血处死大鼠。左尺骨制备消化液,检测单位骨中骨矿及骨羟脯氨酸含量;左股骨进行骨密度检测;右股骨进行骨生物力学检测。结果:长期应用醋酸泼尼松抑制大鼠体质量增长(P<0.01),反映骨质和骨量的指标明显减少,存在显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。而芝麻油组对其有不同程度的预防作用(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:长期应用醋酸泼尼松可致骨质丢失,骨密度降低,骨生物力学特性降低。芝麻油在所用剂量下具有预防醋酸泼尼松致大鼠骨质疏松的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of long-term prednisone acetate on bone mass and bone mass in rats and observe the intervention effect of sesame oil. Methods: Thirty-two SPF ♂ SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group (NS), prednisone acetate group (GC), sesame oil group (GC + SO) and simvastatin group (GC + ST). According to the body weight, the rats were sacrificed by heart blood extraction after 88 days. The left ulnar was prepared digestive juice, bone mineral per unit bone and hydroxyproline content were measured; left femur bone mineral density test; right femur bone biomechanical testing. RESULTS: Long-term use of prednisone acetate inhibited the growth of body weight (P <0.01), and significantly decreased the indexes of bone mass and bone mass. There was a significant difference (P <0.01 or P <0.05). The sesame oil group had different degrees of preventive effect (P <0.01 or P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Long-term use of prednisone acetate can result in loss of bone mass, decrease in bone mineral density, and decrease in biomechanical properties. Sesame oil has the effect of preventing prednisone acetate-induced osteoporosis at the dose used.
