在采用ＩＦＡＴ检测ＥＨＦ抗体实验中，意外地观察到羊抗人ＩｇＧ荧光抗体与鼠血清反应存在单向交叉，其稳定性、敏感性与羊抗鼠ＩｇＧ荧光抗体和鼠血清反应基本一致。
In the experiment of using IFAT to test EHF antibody, it was unexpectedly observed that the goat anti-human IgG fluorescent antibody reacted unilaterally with mouse serum. The stability and sensitivity of the goat anti-human IgG fluorescent antibody and the rat serum reaction were basically the same.
