目的 了解伤寒爆发流行因素 ,为切断传播途径 ,控制疫情蔓延 ,建立防治对策提供科学依据。方法 采用流行病学资料分析 ,病例对照研究 ,可疑样品病原追踪。结果 调查流行期间的 86名患者 ,罹患率0 .4 3% ;患者中食凉皮 72人占 83.72 % ;病源追踪发现 ,凉皮加工人员及凉拌食物中均检出伤寒杆菌。结论 凉食污染及嗜食凉食习惯是造成本次伤寒爆发的原因。贯彻《食品卫生法》 ,强化食品加工环节管理 ,落实食品从业人员健康体检制度 ,是防止伤寒等肠道传染病爆发的重要环节。
Objective To understand the epidemic factors of typhoid fever and provide a scientific basis for cutting off the route of transmission, controlling the spread of the outbreak and establishing prevention and control measures. Methods Epidemiological data analysis, case control studies, pathogenicity of suspicious samples were traced. Results During the epidemic, 86 patients were attacked at a rate of 0.43%. In the patients, 72 (77.8%) were from Liang Liangpi and 83.72% from the cold epidemic. Pathogen tracing showed that Salmonella typhi was detected in cold-skinned workers and cold foods. Conclusion Cold food pollution and eating cold habits is the cause of the outbreak of this typhoid. Implementing the “Food Sanitation Law”, strengthening the management of food processing links and implementing the system of physical examination for food practitioners is an important step in preventing the outbreak of typhoid and other intestinal infectious diseases.
