目的:探讨应用ATP-肿瘤化学敏感检测(ATP-TCA)技术指导卵巢肿瘤患者的临床个体化化疗的可行性。方法:采用ATP-TCA法检测11例卵巢肿瘤手术标本对8种联合化疗方案的敏感性。结果:11例标本中有10例成功进行了ATP-TCA检测,ATP-TCA的可评价率为91%;所测标本的体外敏感率较高的是:DDP+ADM、PTX+DDP、VCR+ACTD、DDP+VCR+BLM、PTX+CBP,强敏感率均达60%以上;上皮性卵巢癌最为敏感化疗方案的是CAP,其体外有效率达83.3%(5/6)。结论:ATP-TCA法是一种敏感、客观的肿瘤药敏检测技术,是开展卵巢肿瘤个体化化疗的一种重要的体外药物筛选方法。
Objective: To explore the feasibility of using ATP-Tumor Chemosensitive Assay (ATP-TCA) to guide clinical individualized chemotherapy in ovarian cancer patients. Methods: ATP-TCA method was used to detect the sensitivity of 11 cases of ovarian tumor surgical specimens to 8 kinds of combination chemotherapy regimens. Results: The ATP-TCA assay was successfully performed in 10 of 11 specimens and the assessable rate of ATP-TCA was 91%. The higher in vitro sensitivity of the tested specimens was: DDP + ADM, PTX + DDP, VCR + ACT, DDP + VCR + BLM, PTX + CBP, respectively. The most sensitive chemotherapeutic regimen for epithelial ovarian cancer was CAP, with an effective rate of 83.3% (5/6) in vitro. Conclusion: The ATP-TCA method is a sensitive and objective drug susceptibility testing technique and is an important in vitro drug screening method for ovarian cancer chemotherapy.
