1989年中国 IT 业曾经走过一段与机械相结合的道路。在我这年9月7日的作品中记载着召开“首届国际机电一体化博览会”,后来就没有了第二届、第三届……当然与后来撤销机电部恢复机械部,电子部有关。从历史的角度看待这个问题,在我采写的历史上的确有电冰箱、洗衣机,机床甚至汽车等等产品,都符合机电一体化这种概念和提法,但是无论是现实还是心理上机电一体化总觉得有点貌合神离。果然在1993年电子部又成立了,当然1998年信息产业部的成立从我心理上觉得是十分符合国际、国内的历史潮流的。由于当时我在《中国电子报》工作,我的采访作品涉及面不仅仅是计算机,还有半导体集成电路、汽车电子、传感器、通信(包括雷达等)等专业。1989年我的作品中可以发现,我对当时半导体产业的一些看法受到了当时机电部计算机司副总工王芹生的影响。我当时预感到我国半导体集成电路发展,需要这样思路清晰的人执行。我记得我对她说过这样的话,果然在一年之后,她出任了华大集成电路设计中心(当时叫北京集成电路设计中心)的总裁。
In 1989, China’s IT industry once walked through a path that combined with machinery. Of course, the establishment of the Ministry of Information Industry in 1998 was psychologically very consistent with international and domestic historical trends. Since I was working at “China Electronics News” at that time, my interviews covered not only computers, but also semiconductor integrated circuits, automotive electronics, sensors, communications (including radar, etc.). In my work of 1989, I discovered that some of my views on the semiconductor industry at the time were influenced by Wang Qinsheng, deputy chief engineer of the Department of Computer Science and Technology at the time. At that time, I thought that China’s semiconductor integrated circuit development needed to be implemented by people with clear thinking. I remember saying such a thing to her, and sure enough, a year later, she was the president of the Huada IC Design Center (then called Beijing IC Design Center).
