Ｅ钙粘附素是一种细胞细胞间粘附分子，与连环素结合形成复合体介导同种细胞间粘附反应，在肿瘤浸润转移中发挥重要作用，许多人类肿瘤中有Ｅ钙粘附素连环素复合体的表达下调。本文就Ｅ钙粘附素和连环素分子的生物学特性及其在肿瘤浸润转移中的作用进行综述。

In this paper, the biological characteristics of E-cadherin and catenin and their role in tumor invasion and metastasis are reviewed.
