本文利用FLUENT的宽带声源模型模拟了二维NACA 4412翼型不同攻角及不同速度下的噪声特性,结果表明,随着攻角和流速的增大,沿流动方向声功率级的减小出现滞后,噪声特性增强,在此基础上分析了不同锯齿结构的叶片表面噪声特性及翼型表面压力的分布,计算结果表明,采用锯齿尾缘结构将导致叶片附近湍流特性增强,叶片表面的声功率级增强,然而,锯齿结构可以有效的改善叶片后缘尾涡的脱落特性,从而可以达到降低噪声的效果。
This paper simulates the noise characteristics of two-dimensional NACA 4412 airfoil at different angles of attack and different velocities by using FLUENT’s broadband acoustic source model. The results show that as the angle of attack and velocity increases, the acoustic power level decreases along the flow direction Hysteresis and noise characteristics are enhanced. Based on the analysis, the surface noise characteristics and airfoil surface pressure distributions of different sawtooth structures are analyzed. The results show that the serrated trailing edge structure will lead to the enhancement of turbulence near the blade surface, However, the serrated structure can effectively improve the shedding characteristics of the trailing edge wake of the blade, so that the noise reduction effect can be achieved.
