本文以链脲佐菌素造成大鼠糖尿病,以甲磺吡脲和甲磺吡脲加尼群地平(NT)灌胃10d,观察NT和甲磺吡脲对糖、脂代谢及β-细胞功能的影响。结果为空腹及喂糖后1、2及3h血浆胰岛素、血脂及胰组织块孵育液和提取液中胰岛素水平与甲磺吡脲对照组比较无明显差别,而血清果糖胺、空腹咦糖后1、2及3h血糖与对照组有明显差别。资料表明:NT对链脲佐菌素-糖尿病(STZ-DM)大鼠糖代谢有明显影响,甲磺吡脲通过促进胰岛素在外周组织起降血糖作用。
In this paper, streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats were treated with mepivacaine and mepivudine plus nitrendipine (NT) for 10 days. The effects of NT and metsulfuron-methyl on glucose and lipid metabolism and β-cell function Impact. The results of fasting and 1, 2 and 3 h after feeding glucose plasma insulin, blood lipid and pancreatic tissue block liquid and extract of insulin levels compared with metsulfuride no significant difference, while the serum fructosamine, fasting 咦 sugar after 1 , 2 and 3h blood glucose significantly different from the control group. The data show that: NT has a significant effect on glucose metabolism in streptozotocin-diabetic (STZ-DM) rats, and mepivudine acts as a hypoglycemic agent by promoting insulin in peripheral tissues.
