目的:探讨鼠伤寒沙门菌的L型变异对噬菌体敏感性的影响。方法:用12株鼠伤寒沙门菌分型噬菌体对3株体外诱导的鼠伤寒沙门菌L型及其原菌做噬菌体敏感性检测。结果:裂解原菌的噬菌体大多不能裂解其L型菌,只有少数噬菌体能同时裂解原菌及其L型菌。结论:鼠伤寒沙门菌的L型变异可引起噬菌体受体的丢失,从而导致对相应的噬菌体不再敏感。
Objective: To investigate the influence of L-type mutation of Salmonella typhimurium on phage sensitivity. Methods: The phage of 12 Salmonella typhimurium phage were used to detect the phage susceptibility of 3 strains of Salmonella typhimurium L and its original strain induced in vitro. Results: Most of the bacteriophages that cleaved the original bacteria could not lyse the L type bacteria. Only a few phages could lyse the original bacteria and their L type bacteria. CONCLUSIONS: L-type mutations in S. typhimurium cause loss of phage receptors, resulting in no longer sensitization to the corresponding phage.
