小儿咳必停合剂为治疗小儿伤风感冒、久咳不止药物。本文通过药理研究对小儿咳必停合剂的镇咳祛痰作用进行了研究。实验结果表明，小儿咳必停合剂有显著的镇咳作用，（R＝158.5％），并且有较强的祛痰作用（P＜0．01）。
Pediatric Cough Stop Mixer is a treatment for pediatric cold, chronic cough and more than drugs. In this paper, the antitussive and expectorant effects of Pediatric Cough Bijie Mixture was studied by pharmacological studies. The experimental results showed that the Xiaoke Cough Stop Mix had a significant antitussive effect (R=158.5%) and a strong expectorant effect (P<0.01).
