接触式逆止器是大型矿用带式输送机的重要安全保护装置,其楔形块扭簧转矩对逆止器正常工作起着关键作用。对楔形块扭簧转矩的的影响进行了分析,并对其设计计算进行了阐述。应用Pro/E软件建立逆止器三维模型,并用ADAMS软件进行了运动仿真分析,得到了逆止器在不同楔形块扭簧转矩作用下,楔形块与内、外圈接触力的变化情况,分析了逆止器的工作状态,为真实样机的试制奠定了基础。
Contact backstop is an important safety protection device for large mining belt conveyors. The torque of wedge torsion spring plays a key role in the normal operation of backstop. The influence of torque on wedge torsion spring is analyzed, and its design and calculation are described. The Pro / E software was used to build a three-dimensional model of the backstop. The kinematic simulation was carried out with ADAMS software. The contact forces between the wedge block and the inner and outer rings of the backstop under the torsion spring torque of different wedges were obtained, The working condition of the backstop is analyzed, which lays the foundation for the trial production of the real prototype.
