伴随我国农村集体产权制度改革的深入推进,农村经济结构、社会结构正在发生深刻变化,对相关财税和金融政策提出了新的需求,而现行相关财税收和金融政策供给与农村集体产权制度改革脱节的问题依然突出。本文重点从农村集体产权制度相关财税和金融政策的需求和供给两个角度展开分析,进而提出农村集体产权制度改革相关财税和金融政策调整的对策建议。
With the further promotion of the reform of the rural collective property rights system in our country, profound changes have taken place in the rural economic structure and social structure, putting forward new demands on relevant fiscal and financial policies. However, the current related fiscal, taxation and financial policy supply are out of step with the reform of the rural collective property system The problem is still outstanding. This article focuses on the analysis of the demand and supply of fiscal and financial policies related to the rural collective property system, and then proposes the countermeasures and suggestions on the fiscal and taxation and financial policy adjustments related to the rural collective property system reform.
