近年来,外资并购正日益成为中国利用外资的一种重要途径,外资并购国有企业也成为国企改革的一个重要手段。外资并购国有企业的争议也不断见诸各个媒体。我们必须深入研究相关问题,尽快制定有关政策来解决其中出现的问题。
In recent years, mergers and acquisitions by foreign capital are increasingly becoming an important way for China to use foreign investment. Foreign acquisition of state-owned enterprises has also become an important means of state-owned enterprise reform. The controversy over the mergers and acquisitions of state-owned enterprises by foreign investors has also been constantly seen in various media outlets. We must study the relevant issues in depth and formulate relevant policies as soon as possible so as to solve the problems arising therefrom.
