目的:检测正常卵巢组织,卵巢良性肿瘤组织,卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的比活性,探讨NOS与卵巢肿瘤间的关系。方法:NOS活性用分光光度法检测。蛋白含量用酚试剂法检测。结果:卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中NOS含量显著增高(P<0.01,卵巢良性肿瘤和正常卵巢组织中的NOS含量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中高、中、低分化随恶性程度升高,NOS含量增多(P<0.01),与恶性程度呈正相关。结论:NO合成的增多,可能是卵巢恶性肿瘤发生及生长过程中的一个重要环节,卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中NOS含量增高是NO合成增多的重要原因之一
Objective: To detect the specific activity of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in normal ovarian tissue, benign ovarian tumor tissue and ovarian malignant tumor tissue and to explore the relationship between NOS and ovarian tumor. Methods: NOS activity was measured spectrophotometrically. Protein content with phenol reagent test. Results: The content of NOS in ovarian cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in benign ovarian tumors (P <0.01), while there was no significant difference in the content of NOS in ovarian benign tumors and normal ovarian tissues (P> 0.05) The differentiation was positively correlated with the degree of malignancy and the increase of NOS (P <0.01), and it was positively correlated with the degree of malignancy.Conclusion: The increased NO synthesis may be an important link in the occurrence and growth of ovarian malignant tumor, The increase of NOS is one of the important reasons for the increase of NO synthesis
